I currently have TNT sports via BT but can only receive it on main box, I have multiroom (another box) and wonder if I get TNT package from Sky will it be able to view on both boxes?

In short yes, if you have Multiroom then subscribing through Sky would get you TNT on the other Q minis.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
