We have TNT sports which we have been watching & recording programs in HD,we have a HD subscription as well as sky sports & other channels,for some reason we now can't watch TNT in HD it lists channels 410 etc which is fine HD is 868 when click on this channel is say I need to upgrade when I chose to do this it's says I'm already subscribing & plus I've have recorded programmes on TNT HD which I've partly watched but now I can't,we've tried all the things that are suggested disconnecting all the equipment & checking for upgrades which have been done but still no joy
