TNT sports channels not working, pay separate subscription- all other channels are fine

My TNT sports channels are not working- says currently affected by a problem with satellite signal - used to work ok and all other channels are working fine

Mine is exactly the same,been like this since Thursday 26th. Have you fixed yours yet? And if so how? 👍🏻

Nope and struggling to get through to speak to someone at sky

Got it fixed - had to get sky engineer out and he fixed it quite quickly
