TNT 2 sports keeps saying unable to connect to satellite. When it does connect constantly glitching / poor image quality.
Pay a lot for sky, to not be able to watch the games the last two days is incredibly frustrating.

Have you tried resetting the box, below i have included instructions on how to do this
To reset your Sky Q box, you have to access the hidden menu, press the Home button and then navigate down to the Settings option without selecting it. Once Settings is highlighted, press 0 0 1 and then Select. Only perform the first Reset (Reset Settings), as the other two will erase all recordings. After the Reset, you'll need to re-pair your Bluetooth remote if you use one. If you can't turn on the Q box with the remote after the Reset, press the Standby button (indicated by an Amber LED) on the front of the box. To re-pair the remote, press 1 and 3 together on the remote and follow the on-screen instructions.
If this issue on TNT Sports still occurs try doing the full reset but please note you will lose all your recordings, failing this your Dish may be out of allignment which would require a Sky Engineer to correct the missalignment of the dish.
