TNT sport HD channels not working

my TNT HD channels don't work. It says please subcribe which I already am. When you press red button to subscribe it says already subscribed. TNT ultra HD works but not standard HD.

 

it used to work then stop months ago.

@DaleH is this on sky q ? Also who do you pay for tnt is it sky or bt ? Finally is this the main or mini boxes?

@DaleH What channel numbers is this on ? if its the ones in the 400's have you tried looking at the TNT channels in the 800's starting at 868 as sometimes the channels get inverted the HD ones should be in the 400's but worth checking the ones in the 800's to see if they are in HD

It is definitely the hd channel and it doesn't work just says please subcribe.

Ive just moved house so the dish and cabling is new all box have been fully power cycled and it still doesn't work after the move. This is an issue with sky

@DaleH You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet

Same issue. TNT Sport HD channels don't work.

I rang Sky, they say they are aware of a technical issue affecting customers but they have no timeframe for resolution.

TNT HD channels not working still

My TNT HD channels are still not working. I pay for the tnt package through sky as part of my package. The TNTsports standard channels work and I can watch it through discovery+ app. When I go to the hd channels it says I need to subscribe, press red button to subscribe, when I press the red button it says I'm already subscribed. I have done all the obvious fixes ( turning the box off, updating box) this issue is on both the main box and mini box.
