TNT pixelation and loss of picture
Continued loss of picture on TNT sports. Have reset box twice and still a problem. Other channels are good

After trying resets and software updates, the only other possible problem is a box fault or dish misalignment, both of which require an engineer.
When you contact Sky to arrange an engineer, expect a significant wait for an appointment, there is a lot of work (recent storms) and less engineers these days.
In the meantime, you can use the discovery+ app on Q to watch if the pixelated picture is unbearable. Make sure you activate it first by following the instructions here.
