TNT no subscription even though I have it through BT

I have BT broadband and pay for what was BT Sport now TNT but when I try to watch on my sky Q box it tells me I need a subscription to watch, I was previously able to watch BT sports no problem. I can record form TNT but am not able to watch it back.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
