TNT joined and now tnt signal not received, SKY CHANNELS fine, just upgraded and was initially fine.

After upgrading to TNT sports on sky for £31 per mnth, it worked for 2 hrs now no signal is being received, states there is no signal, try switching off/resetting your box, this is not the problem a i have tried all they say to try it is not a dish or cable problem as all sky channels fine, therefore it has to be Tnt transmission problem.

Got your money so tuff luck appears to be the attitude !

After reading other messages, it appears to be a common problem, unfortunately SKY do not appear to care as they are not the programme's provider, so TNT ,need to take ownership of the problem and deliver the goods they are being paid for.
