Hey All,
Can I check if your HD channels for TNT Sports are 410 etc? Mine is showing SD at the moment.

What about the stations in the later section? Maybe 868, 869, does an issue show for those?

I'm on Sky Q sorry

868 etc show them in HD, but the other channels are in SD. It should be the other way around.

@Austinored Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

Yes I have. Still the same, so I have scheduled a call with Sky. I'll update you soon.

I'm paying via BT, but it's clearly for HD for Sky

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Austinored if you are paying bt there is an additional charge of about £7pm for the hd variant so do you have this on your bt account
are you able to watch the hd version even though they are in the wrong position on the epg

Yes I can see both versions, it's annoying that for some reason my guide has changed. I've called BT and checked I'm paying for it properly. Sky said they can't do anything... which is weird as they are the only ones who can change the guide. I've never had this issue before mind. I've emailed them again, let's see what they say

Sky will need to help you resolve this, it seems the normal 'SD > HD' swap has gone a bit wonky.
