What sky are you on? Sky q, sky+HD?
What about the stations in the later section? Maybe 868, 869, does an issue show for those?

868 etc show them in HD, but the other channels are in SD. It should be the other way around.
@Austinored Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

Yes I can see both versions, it's annoying that for some reason my guide has changed. I've called BT and checked I'm paying for it properly. Sky said they can't do anything... which is weird as they are the only ones who can change the guide. I've never had this issue before mind. I've emailed them again, let's see what they say

BT can barely manage the channels on their own so called "TV service", they certainly will not be able to influence the order of channels on the Sky Q TV Guide.
Sky will need to help you resolve this, it seems the normal 'SD > HD' swap has gone a bit wonky.
