TNT SPORTS My HD channels say I don’t subscribe but I do via Bt through sky

I have TNT sports Hd through Sky box via BT but it's saying I don't subscribe to TNT Hd but I do

Hi @Terry46   You need to pay BT for the HD add-on. If there is a problem, then you need to speak to BT as you have your TNT Sports on Sky contract with BT.

Hi - thank you for your reply. I do pay for the HD option for TNT and had it until 2 days ago. Nothing has changed but saying need to subscribe to Hd. It's all very frustrating.

@Terry46  As indicated by @MightyQuinn you need to query this with bt as your account is with them 

 

if they try and shift the blame onto sky be firm with them that it's their responsibility to fix not sky

Hi @Terry46   I take it you have tried a power (unplug) reboot of the Sky Q Main box?

Thanks for your help guys - will try bt - they are not great at resolving these issues though.
