Switching from sky stream to sky q. Gets delivered today. Will it come with a sky viewing card because I don't have one.

If you previously had Sky Q Sky will expect you to have kept your old viewing card and won't automatically dispatch a new one. If you are totally new to Sky one is normally sent out via Royal Mail (unless the process has changed).

Hi @annguiry 

Assume this is a new Sky Q install by Engineer.

Viewing cards are normally posted out by Sky prior to Q installation.

Most Sky Engineers will carry spare cards but there is no guarantee.

When ours was installe the installer had the viewing card with him, and registered it during the install.
