I've recently left sky broadband and now can't watch sky recordings on demand box sets etc but can watch live sky channels. There is no problem with the Internet connection it's saying I'm connected so I can't see what the problem is

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out morePossibly your public IP address not registered correctly as a UK range.

I'm having same issues after switching to lila connect,after contacting them they told me to check my ip address was in the UK and it shows that it is?
