there used to be a suggestions board but in reality SKY rarely used it & decided that it was best to close it.
Prrobably now the only way is to email Viewer Relations : viewerR@Sky.uk
That said, as SKY Q is now around 8 years old and Stream is the main focus going foarward, SKY Q is unlikely to get anything other than key updates.
Regarding Series Links, I presume you are aware that they show under:
Home - Recordings - Scheduled
Personally, I have never liked SKY Q's method of only showing the next episode sceduled in any such link - I would prefer that any programmes in the Time planner window (i.e. next 7 days) would show as linked - my Freeview recorder does. This was one of the suggestions I made when it was availble
