Stupid black shading at the top of the Discovery+ screen using the App on hte SKy box
Please can youy reprogram the stupid Discovery+ app and stop it showing the shading at the top of the screen whenever it puts put the age rating. You have to drop completly out of the App to cleary it and come back in and conitnue your program. This is fine until you are force to watch one of their adds for products you don't want and then after the advert finishes the stupid age rating comes on with the shading at the top and once again you have to quit and restart. Why dont companies test software before they release it on the poor idiots like me who pay to use it.

I think you'd have to ask Discovery instead of Sky. (Oh, and we're just other customers here)

I have this problem too. I think it is since a recent software change as I did not have this problem until recently.

Can I suggest you report this to Discovery+ as I am now doing. Since it is not happening on other Apps on Sky the issue seems more likely to be on their side.

First you're not telling Sky here.
Secondly, whilst Sky have a vested interest in ensuring the apps hosted on it's platform work, the contract explicitly states, "...outside of our control and we are not responsible for them".

@Josh+Troops not exactly sure that is correct just because Sky host an app doesn't mean they are responsible for updating the app.
There have been other times Disconvery+ have updated the app in the past and it's caused problems
