Im currently testing Star Link as a system to replace my unreliable 4G broadband. Download speeds regularly in excess of 200 mb compare to 10mb on 4G. Upload not so good at 8mb compare to 18mb. Star link so far has a reliable connection too.
I can connect Sky Q quite easily, although when downloading programs although Star Link at 200mb doesn't seem to work as fast as as the 4g running at 30mb.
The issue I am having is not being able to get the mini box to work on Star Link. It connects fine on the 4G internet, but not accepting the Star Link Network.
Any ideas or suggests gladly welcomed.

When your wifi is not SKY the minis do not use your home wifi but use a wifi signal generated by the SKY Q main box.
The mini's internet connection is then through the SKY Q main box

Thanks. I understand, maybe my terminology is in accurate. When the main Q box is connected to Sky Link, the minis will not connect to the main box. When I revert to 4 g broadband, they all connect.
I'm looking for anyone who has got them all connected on Star Link who can offer advice. Thanks

Have you done a 'network reset' on the mini and gone through the mini box connection process again?

Sure did, but it won't pick up the connection, but will on 4g broadband. Thanks
