We've done some work in the background and I'm wondering if you've noticed any change with downloads? @Lindsay4 @ISlime

Update-We are closing this session now as this matter has been resolved. Our backoffice team has completed some works so if you are in a similar situation please try the actions again.

Squirrel ustomers are reporting issues with in IP range 154.49.80.0/22

Downloading via squirrel broadband

Please can sky fix my problem with not being able to download via squirrel broadband. 
very frustrating - just adding to the reason to cancel sky subscription.

@Msmith59  There is little point posting here every few minutes say it's not working, the issue has been flagged with Sky, it won't be fixed within 5 minutes.

They are not interested - say nothing they can do when I speak to them as it's a Washington DC IP add. Have been told to post on forum - really disappointed
