For a while now (couple of weeks atleast) I'm no longer able to get video on podcasts on Spotify app on Sky. Fozcast, JRE etc I used to watch regularly on sky using the Spotify app. Now only plays audio?
I've reset mini box to default settings to no avail, both main box and mini box are doing the same. Also did a refresh of apps in the engineer menu.
Is it just me? Can someone else check if they can watch a podcast with video on Spotify for me please?

Sky help tech said to update my Q box software. Didn't change a thing.
In a way I'm seriously glad it's not just me. But this does need sorting out please Sky.

To confirm the above, I've updated my Q box software twice and it hasn't made any difference.
Currently watching a podcast right not on my Firestick. Hmmmm. Seem pretty good these Firesticks huh Sky!?

Did you find a way to get it working to show video? Just go on to watch Rogan and no vid.

Nope ive heard nothing from anyone at sky and updated my software and its still not working....

Spoke to a sky call centre and the problem has been reported but still no fix. It's taking a long time.
