Sky sports is working on skygo but on tv it displays the 'please upgrade' message. We have checked out products and sports package shows as 'already yours'. We have tried resetting the skyQ box but this did not improve issue.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Try refreshing your Viewing card entitlements.
Home - Settings - System info.
Highlight Viewing card number and then select Setup on the right hand side.
Then select Use this option to trigger a callback (This just refreshes the card entitlements)
