I have Sky Sports Football and Sky Sports HD content packs, but all of the Sky sports football channels are showing up as 'not included in your subscription'. When I press red, it says theure already included in my subscription! (Error DSU_508).
NB. I upgraded my subscription weeks ago!

It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I have the same problem with trying to watch sky sports football channel. All the other sports are working and I have the full sports package. Did you found out how to fix this?
