Soundbar connect to sky q remote

Looking to connect my garagerock soundbar to sky q remote but not on list of soundbars is there a default pin i can use

If there is try this in the setup

It does but when i click just says my soundbar is not compatable but would be good if you could manualy input the brand ?

Hi @Rico4 

If the Soundbar has HDMI control (CEC) settings and this is turned on in your Television and Soundbar, then the volume should change with Television volume.

That wouldn't achieve anything if Q doesn't have the appropriate instruction set, which has to be provided by the manufacturer to Sky.

Given the price-point which that brand is apparently targeting, it's quite possible they haven't done so.
