Sound on live sports

The sound when watching live events e.g football is breaking up.  It's ok om all other channels.  Have switched off at wall etc but still happening. /

I'm watching the 2nd half of Arsenal v Chelsea on Sky Sports Main Event  on Sky Q (but not at my own address) and the sound is fine here.
