Sound on Sky TV is intermittent 9pm 28.07.2023

I turned on my TV to watch The Blacklist at 2100 tonight and the sound is intermittent. I tried other channels and its the same. I turned off the TV for 10 minutes and unplugged it from the router, then turned it back on again. The sound is still intermittent, every few seconds it cuts out for half a second.

Select home > settings > setup > audio visual > digital audio output HDMI

 

What's it set to?  (Try normal or DD)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
