Sound drop out and picture glitches,

Hi, I recently had a problem with my Internet which was sorted by a BT engineer. 

However since then my Sky Q box has been dropping audio and Picture Glitching,

This happens on Live TV, Recorded TV, and Streamed TV.

I've replaced the HDMI cable (used one that was working fine from a PS4 connected to the same TV) still happens,

I've rebooted the box, it was left off for a few hours  still happens.

I've checked for a software updates seems to have up to date software.

Tried the special menu reset, the one that doesn't delete the recordings.

Also rebooted the router.

Nothing seems to fix it.

Is my box kaput?
