Sound cuts out after fast forwarding and then screen turns off.

Hi all, we've been having sound troubles with our Sky Q box.

Intermittently when a programme is fast forwarded, hitting play brings the programme back in silence. We have to wait until screen goes blank and then press sky button or home and after a couple of minutes everything returns to normal. This is happening all the time and is only on main box. This has been happening for some time and is very frustrating.

Hi @Dameon Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

We've tried that and still the same problem.
