Watching England New Zealand rugby on 401 main event and the sound is cutting out every 20-30 seconds for about a second. This is happening both through my pioneer amp on optical out and on just tv sound through my LG. Absolutely effing ridiculous and spoiling the whole thing. Are sky ever going to sort this out? Paying north of a hundred quid a month for a premium service this shouldn't be a bloody problem.
Same issue. NZ vs All Blacks sound repeatedly dropping for a few milliseconds. Not the first time in UHD. If you are going to charge a premium for this Sky you may wish to provide at least the fundamentals of service. Please sort.
Have changed to channel 408 normal HD and yup it's working fine. So, clearly a problem with uhd. Seems as though your options are watch in normal HD (so why bother paying the uhd premium each month then!?) or watch with a two second pause on uhd? Why are we making up work arounds for an expensive premium service? I'm so **bleep** off with this.
Same for me, constant sound dropping a few times a minute for a few seconds each time. I watched NZ v Eng and now Aus V Wales, both on Sky Sports UHD. Sky Sports Action works fine but only HD. I have an original Sky Q Silver box and a Sony TV, no sound bar.
Interestingly I'm watching the Wales vs Australia game on a sky mini box on 401 as the mrs has commandeered the main screen, and no issues at all with the sound. Seems then that this only impacts the uhd stream. Surely someone technical at sky can make sense of this and fix it!?
