When going into help menu and pressing on any of the tutorials (eg. using your remote), I get the message, sorry, this item is currently unavailable, please try again later.

This has been happening for some time now, so it's frustrating not having access......

Hi @Shepheil I'm getting the same message I tried each one in turn starting from the first tile I also got a message saying "please wait for your programme to load"

After ending with a black screen and my tv going off and the Sky Q box not responding when I pressed the on/off button on the Sky Q remote even though the green light was on I am now faced with this.

@Mr+Flibbles+86 even though I escalated the post for @Shepheil the issue still remains starting from the video  Using voice control  right down to  Sky Q viewing tips the message  " Sorry this item is currently unavailable please try again later" 

So customers new to Sky Q who want to view the help videos can't as they are unavailable.

I have exactly the same problem and have only had sky q for a month. Very frustrating trying to work out what to do

Since receiving our new Sky Q box last week we have been unable to access any of the help features including the videos.

We have had two phone calls with Sky who have tried various ways to resolve this issue but to no avail.

Is there any further advice you can offer?

Hi @SidAW sorry to read that you are also having issues as well with the help videos.

 @Tom-W19 can this post be re-escalated again as the OP seems to be offline and the issue is still ongoing 10/04/2023 @11:13am

Update:

 

Spoke with @Bill146 and this is a known issue currently being investigated by the tech teams, although there is no resolution time for the fix there is other none video help articles available, also all the help video's are available to view on via the youtube channel by searching the video's/articles name in google

 

 

Thanks again for the escalation have a great Bank holiday
