Someone is trying to connect to our tv

We have two smart TV's with Sky Q, the main box in one and a mini box on the other one. We also have broadband with Sky. We have a neighbour who has serious mental problems and has cause multiple issues for us over the last few years. He's permanently trying to connect into one or the other of our tv's, just a couple of nights ago the notice came up repeatedly, going backwards and forwards between the two tvs for about 2 hours. He's now trying again this afternoon and has changed his phone name to something extremely offensive. We deny acces every time this comes up but it's getting extremely annoying when we're trying to watch a movie or something and the box keeps popping up every 5 minutes. Does anyone know how we could block him without removing our own access coz we do sometimes cast from our own phones? I've checked the devices connected to our WiFi as well and at least he doesn't seem to be connected to that

Hi @willow100   I don't know anything about Samsung TVs, but you need to change a setting that broadcasts the Bluetooth name so it can be discovered. As you have already paired to the TVs with your devices, they will not be effected.
