@gj25 That sounds as though your Netflix account has been hacked. In these situations you will need to contact Netflix who will be able to reset your account.
You can contact Netflix on the link below

I pay for netflix through my sky package but I've tried to go on it today, my profile name has changed, the language has changed to Spanish and when I try to watch something it says "too many people are using the netflix account" and they're watching something else. How can this even happen?? The account is just through sky. It's not using my email it's some random emails address and I've only ever signed in using the QR code. I can't change the password if it even has one, I can't sign out of all devices, I can't do anything it seems and there's zero help anywhere

Not setting a password is probably one way. How did you manage to activate the account without doing so? I'm sure it's supposed to get you to create one first time.

By definition a Netflix account is available globally to anyone finding out the username (email address) and password combination: typically this is compromised by being re-used for other sites and services and leaked from there, or gets inadvertently entered into a faked Netflix log-in online.
There's a lively black market, particularly in Central and South America, for Netflix accounts acquired this way which is why the language gets changed.

@gj25 you need to physically speak to Netflix If you type in hacked in the that says"describe you Issue" if you scroll down it will come up with an option to telephone them and an option to live chat with them
