Somebody else’s ITVX account is signed in on our SKY Q ITVX account so we need to delete the app

Somebody else's ITVX account is signed in on my SKy Q ITVX app so I need to delete and reinstall the app.

On itvX, to sign out of an account.

Go to settings, selected from the left hand bar and click on sign out.

I can't access the account to be able to sign out because it is pin protected.

Hi @Ryan1303 

The pin to protect the App should be your Q box pin.

I've just logged in this morning to find exactly the same thing. My ITVX has been changed to someone else. I'm absolutely fuming. 😤 as it's lost my series that I have been watching. The profile was pin protected aswell. I have now gone in and changed back to my profile and have locked it. I've also reset the password. It's a shame that the app doesn't allow you to sign out of all devices like Netflix does. I will see if they try to log in again.
