This channel is affected by a problem with your satellite signal.   What dies this message mean when most of the channels are unaffected.

If your dish is very slightly out of alignment take a look at the troubleshooting here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q
It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. If you’re on a communal dish system in the UK you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.

Hi @Alison77777

If it is in adverse weather conditions this can affect the Satellite's signal in varying ways.

The weakest channel signals will be affected first.

In heavy cloud and storms it's not unusual to lose the signal completely on all channels.

If your issue in in clear skies maybe best to get an Engineer to check your dish alignment

We now have an engineer coming on Wednesday,  no adverse weather at the moment but it has been exposed to some over the last few weeks. Thank you.
