I cannot view some channels. Error message states no satellite signal

@kuli Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

If it continues to show no satellite signal take a look at the troubleshooting here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q
It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. If you’re on a communal dish system in the UK you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.
