I have rang and complained six times now. Four cards have apparently been sent, not one has ever arrived. Clearly they are not even being posted as no issue with mail at all. I asked time and time to send it special delivery but ach time I am promised it will arrive and never does. I have had to argue about paying the bill and this has been seen as unreasonable even though I have not had a service at all. Each person I talk to is so unhelpful and just tells lies. How a company can function like it I don't know. If I don't receive a card in the next couple of days I will be cancelling and finding a provider that can actually give a service.
