Snowy screen and flickering off and on

Have tried numerous resets  . Picture is fine on normal TV ....

I would also suggest trying another HDMI cable..

I have a similar issue I have a grey snowy rectangle in the middle of the screen with black bands down each side, I have reset the box twice and changed the HDMI cable and it still does not work.

Update to last messgae, I am still able to watch recordings saved to the Qbox on my tablet via skyGo but not able to do anything on the TV

Is anyone able to help, I can't find a phone number to call sky on and it has now been 2 and a half hours since my initial post

Never mind I eventually found a phone number and have a new box on the way

Remember to remove your viewing card as many send there's back to Sky when the box is exchanged...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
