Skyq mini box not responding. Got as far as step 1 of 4 screen. But remote doesn’t seem to be conne.

Got as far as step 1 of 4 screen by re starting box but remote doesn't seem to be responding. Have changed batteries

Hi @JackieD 

On your mini remote press and hold 7 & 9 on the remote until it's led flashes four times.

This will set the remote to infrared mode which will work all boxes in line of site.

Reboot the mini again and then see if the remote will get past step 1.

Remember to point the remote at the mini .

If you can get the mini working then repair the remote by pressing 1 & 3 and following onscreen instructions.
