Why can I download episode 1 season 1 of love me on u channel but can't download episode 1 of season 2 shown last sunday

What happens when you try? All 12 episodes, across 2 seasons, are available on my box.

New to Skyq, hate it. Never know when to try Catch Up or Demand. Tried both and this time only got the option of Season 1 Episode 1, it doesn't even tell me that, only know because I have watched season 1. Not sure how I got something different at one time. Where am I going wrong, would be grateful for your help ?

@HarryWorth on your remote press the spy glass button then use the remote to input love me it shows all 12 episodes for me over the 2 series

It says I don't have the required subscription, I seem to pay enough, no idea what I need to upgrade to just to get something that if I recorded at the right time would be there anyway. If you know please tell me. Thank you for your help anyway.

You are probably trying to download the HD version without a HD subscription. If this is the case then change your default download format to SD.
Press Home on your remote and choose Settings on the Menu. Go down and choose Setup then Preferences. Change On demand default download format to SD.

@HarryWorth I have escalated this to sky as there used to be a problem with some people downloading on-demand/catchup
You may receive an email or a private message inviting you to have a private conversation on the Community with a Sky Expert.
Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
