Skybox making a whirring sound like a fan jas been left on and will not switch on at

Had Skyq for 3 months and had constant issues. First it was the picture quality glitching and record playback quality. Had engineer out within the first week, seemed to be sorted and a few hours later back to where it was. Rang sky received a new box, picture quality was better and seemingly no other issues. Two days later was telling us that it wasn't connected to the Internet and even when resetting both router and setup on TV worked for an hour and then back to the same even though we upgraded our Internet at the same time as the sky TV. This problem is still ongoing. Constantly resetting the internet and unplugging sky doesn't work. We also have the added problem of a whirring sound very much like the box has overheated and a fan has been all night. When this happens which is a lot the sky doesn't work at all. Lights are on but won't even turn on even when unplugging and starting again. This has been happening for the duration and I'm fed up of calling and trying new things as advised by the staff works for a day or two and then back to normal. We are loosing whole days of of nontvband can't even watch apps because the Internet won't connect. I am at my wits end
