Why is my Skybox constantly showing no connection to broadband router and no connection to internet? All other devices in the home are fine. I have tried disconnecting everything, resetting the router before restarting the Skybox. Sometimes it works for a few minutes but then I am back to square one with no service again! Sometimes it seems to connect me to the wrong Sky network! No idea where it gets this from. This is very frustrating and being tied into a 2-year contract with Sky, I don't have the option to change to another provider. Please help!!

It's SkyQ, no mini boxes, just the main one in the lounge. This morning, it seems to have reconnected so I don’t know what is going on. I just wonder how long the connection will last for.

Started to get the same myself today. Every other device is fine except my Q Box.
With this and other recent issues (App pixelation, Mini connection issues) I am starting to think of getting rid of Sky, as what was once a premium service and worth paying extra for is nowhere near that currently.
