SkyQ will not connect to internet - been off for 1 week now - previously no issue for a yea

For about 1 week now, my skyq box will not connect to internet.  It says it is connected to the broadband router but not to the internet.  There is no issue with the internet.  I have been through the various "fixes" found and nothing works.  Is there a helpline number to call?

Hi @LawAA   Please confirm the usual, like you rebooted your broadband router to refresh its DNS. Note, telephone numbers are blocked on this community.

If you Google 'sky support number uk', the very top find shows you the telephone number.

I used it earlier this week to report a fault with my Q box. Answered within a minute, new box booked within five minutes, and it arrived less than two days later.
