Why would it be impossible to have skyQ in my property? What is required to obtain skyQ

@Chri3 or if your porperty is served by a Communal system that the Communal System is capable of working with or adapted to work with SKY Q.
I believe that some properties with Communal Systems are not good enough to support SKY Q & that the owners don't always wish to spend to upgrade them at this time
