I don’t know why no one else using the iOS sky Q app cannot remote record but I can.

Re: SkyQ on Android-No BBC channels

I don't have any Android devices, but with the iOS app, yu can choose Watch Now or All Channels. All Channels shows you all the channels including the ones you cannot watch while not connected to the Q box. I just set River City to record one (using cell data) and it worked.

Hi @Laing1

Do you have BBC iPlayer on your phone ?  Wonder if this stops them showing on the  Android Sky Q and Sky Go Apps

@oldfella that's really strange then.

Just asked the wife to look on her phone she has a different phone from me and she still gets the same as I do when selecting all channels there is watch on phone or record to sky box options above the channels

Re: SkyQ on Android-No BBC channels

Has anyone tried deleting the app and installing it again as I suggested in my very first post to see if it fixes the issue or not?

Deleted app cleared cache and data then re-installed Sky Q app but as the app defaults to watch on phone when not on home network @Dazzasky no BBC channels were available to remote record.

Obviously my Sky Go app was set to record to Sky Q box and all channels are available with the Sky+ App

So to get the bbc channels on the Sky Q app I need to press record to Sky Q box like @seandouglas2 mentioned and also screen shot by @Laing1

Thank you @Dazzasky @Laing1 @seandouglas2 👍
