I'm having a similar issue to some others on here wher my SkyQ has stopped connecting to the internet. Been fine for last few months on a new Vodafone Broadband system.
Tried connecting via wifi & Lan and neither now connect.
Done the usual router reset and SkyQ box reset but still no joy.
All other devices in house working OK so I dont think its a Broadband issue.

Hi @MikeHill Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, do the same with any Mini boxes?

Does it connect and stay connected until you try and do a download or online activity? Ours does this also. I saw a hint on here a while ago to change the DNS settings for the Sky Q box to 1.1.1.1 (do this from the Advanced network settings page) and since doing this have had no further issues
