I have just installed my new Sky Broadband hub and successfully connected this to my Sky Q box. All my other appliances (laptop, phones, iPad) are successfully connected and I can run Sky Go. When I try to reboot my minibox, the usual instructions show on the TV but when i come to pressing the Home button on the remote, nothing happens and the minibox light will not turn green. If I press the start button on the minibox, the green light comes on but I just I get a screen about "Accessibility" with the option to go to "Settings" or "skip & try later" - neither of which respond to the remote. This screen is just stuck there!

If 4&6 does not allow you to clear the information screen, try holding 7&9 to reset the Sky Q remote then hold 1&3 and follow the on-screen setup journey to allow the remote to control the TV.
