SkyQ mini box is showing as No Satellite Signal

Watching on the SkyQ mini box and recently been receiving regular interruptions with the screen going blank and a message saying "no satellite signal" Reset the mini box. Reset the main SkyQ box. Settings showing good signal and good wifi signal. Just cannot now get any TV Guide and the mini screen shows as "no satellite signal". Is the box at fault?
