My SkyQ box saying I have no satellite connection. I think it's the wire going into the box. Is it best to get engineer out?

Hi @NadineK
Are the two F connectors on the dish cables still finger tight into the back of the Q box?
Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
