I have had disconnecting problems for over 3 years. Eventually my internet provider sent engineer out to repair faults. Everything appeared fine but less than 24 hours later my tv has disconnected again. Engineer has been back to check everything and has suggested it is my sky a box as everything else is working

@Pawlie2310 If this is a Sky Q issue I can get this thread moved to the right board if your ISP has made it clear that your broadband is working correctly.

Well I'm not certain what the problem is but he says he has solved the faults so thinks it's sky problem as everything else is working. How do i get this to the right place ?
I decided to bite the bullet and phone sky. It was sorted out very quickly. I was advised to unplug sky q box and then the rooter. Leave it like that for 5 minutes turn rooter on and when all lights had returned then plug in sky q box again.. apparently it was IP address issue..
