SkyQ box getting very hot and overheating

Hi Community. Can someone advise who and how to contact for UK Sky technical. My SkyQ box keeps overheating and then freezes or stops me downloading and I have to keep unplugging it to cool down. It was fine all winter and cooler weather but not now the warmer months have arrived.
