SkyQ VERTICAL KEYBOARD FOR NETWORK/ BROADBAND PASSWORD - Can it be changed to a standard keyboard?

Hi

Does anyone know how to change the keyboard from Vertical to QUERTY for when needing to submit your Network (broadband) password ? 

I'm another customer who's WiFi connection drops out repeatedly to my main SKYQ and sky mini boxes and every time I have to reset and add the password for my broadband (Vodafone) on each box and with the ridiculous time consuming vertical one single line to go up and down to add the required numbers and letters it takes far too long, is far to inconvenient and it is now very close to making my head about to spin off my neck in to orbit eg I have just had to go up and down that vertical line of doom 5x as my mini box in my bedroom would connect to the WiFi then drop a few mins later, resulting in every single time I have to put my network password in again...Arghhhhhhhhhhhhh 😡
Does anyone know a way to change the vertical keyboard to a querty via settings before I lose my mind or I lash the boxes in the Mersey? 🤞🏼😜

I doubt there's any such option.  Personally I'd think it's more useful to sort out the constant disconnections: has Sky offered to supply a Q wireless booster?

Whoever thought that ridiculous vertical keyboard was a good idea needs sacking. Perhaps the most stupid and pointless annoying and rage inducing thing I've ever encountered.

Also the Sky Q box as a concept is great but it's the only piece of internet enabled tech in my house that constantly forgets the password to the network. Why Sky Why?  Then you pair it with thst ridiculous vertical keyboard arrrrrgggghhh.
