SkyQ TV just shows AV1

On returning from holiday we are unable to get SkyQ working on our TV (working fine before we went away). When we switch on the TV the Sky remote is working OK as we get the green light for Sky but then the screen just displays AV1 and nothing we try restores a connection to Sky. Any advice gratefully received.

@Pete2207  If AV1 is the input you normally use I would try this option:

With the Q box powered up, on the Sky Q remote press Home-1-0-8-0-Home.

If your Q box is connected over HDMI cable then 'AV1' typically wouldn't be the correct input selection to see it.

@Pete2207  As per @TimmyBGood  AV1 may not be the correct input, have you cycled through the inputs using your TV's remote?  You should see HDMI1 etc. depending on make of TV.

That would typically be done using the television remote control

Thanks so much, problem resolved it was the input source. TV remote not working which threw me initially as I didn't realise this at first, but but managed manually. Thanks both 👍
