SkyQ TV Info Always Wrong.

I've been experiencing an issue with the sky tv guide always showing inaccurate information with regards to the tv programme we are watching.

For example, if you look at your recorded programmes and highlight the one you wish to watch it may say something like (and this is an example)

"The First 48. S4 E9" but when you click on it, the information at the top of the page will show a completely different series number and episode number from what it says below. And when I say this happens on every thing I have on series link, I mean it's happening to EVERYTHING! We can't keep track of what we watched, which episode we are up to and what series is the latest because the TV guide info is ALWAYS  wrong.

I have been searching for a while to see if anyone else has experienced the same problem but so far I've not found any posts that have the same issues. Today I have had enough as every single series we have recorded all display the wrong information or conflicting information. Am I watching series four or five? Episode nine or fourteen? It's beyond annoying now.

Any suggestions as to what to do about this would be really appreciated.

Many thanks and Happy Easter! 🐣🐇

Re: SkyQ TV Info Always Wrong.

I realise that this reply is quite sine time after your post, but I too experience these errors.

I've experienced on a number of series that we watch including The First 48 and also Law and Order which, being a show with so many seasons and episodes, can be very irritating. I keep track by cross referencing with the IMDB listings so I can confirm what the episode actually is.

Anyway I just wanted to reply as you said in your post that you had not had anyone else experiencing the issue. I'm pretty sure that it is a big problem, people on other sites have been complaining about it.
