SkyQ On Demand channels will sometimes not connect to selected channel and programme
Appears to be random. Occurs several times when switching to On Demand after viewing on an App such as Apple+ TV. Occurs when using Alibi trying to watch Elementary. On screen message - programmes of this type are not available. No red light on Q box and all wifi router lights green.
